Clark Salsa

We’ve tried a lot of different salsa recipes over time. This is best combination of ingredients we’ve found so far.

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz) can of peeled plum tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 (10 oz) cans of Rotel with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup roughly diced yellow onion
  • 1 – 2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cilantro leaves along with tender stems
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

Dump all ingredients into a blender EXCEPT tomatoes. Blend well.

Add tomatoes. Blend well.

Add garlic salt, lemon, and lime to taste.
